Many thanks to everyone here. A special thanks to Hinsdale.

Today in 3 hours, I upgraded my SAT-T60 to 106 hours by replacing the A drive with a new samsung 120GB.

Additionally, I installed a turbonet card and it worked perfectly.

I've been reading these forums religiously as a guest for a year and finally decided to upgrade.

Just some notes on how the process went:

I used dd because I am familiar with it then mfsadd -x on the disk. I still have another 120 samsung left over and a spare mount in the unit, I may upgrade it further soon and add more swap if that is the case.

However I have two other units, both HDVR2's which might benefit more from the extra space.
