From my current AT&T Broadband (yes, it still says AT&T on the paperwork) bill:

Effective April 2. 2003, in areas of Berkeley and UC Berkeley, we will be relocating the Outdoor Life Channel currently on channel 404 on our Digital Cable service to Channel 81 of our Expanded Basic Cable service. In addition, we will be adding Home and Garden TV to Channel 67 on our Expanded Basic Cable service.

Don't know if there is anybody else posting here from my area, but this could cause a sudden increase of hits on auto-recording wishlists.
