Calls are succeeding but only four days of guide data left

I have a hacked Phillips HDR312 SA calling home through PPP over serial. I just noticed I only have guide data through the 16th. I have a lifetime sub.
Daily calls have always succeeded, the scheduled call succeeded yesterday, and a manual call succeeded today. The loading data phase of the call takes about 15 minutes.
The guide data isn't moving. The only thing I can think of is that a few days ago I was watching tv late at night and I didn't let it change to the Discovery channel paid programming but doing that once or twice in a two week period shouldn't limit my guide data this much, right? Doesn't it get data that way every night?
I don't want to call customer service because the unit is hacked (ppp, tivoweb, tcs, yac, extra hd, ftp, telnet, etc).
Anybody else having this problem, or have any ideas?

I believe your guide data DOES come from that discovery channel paid program and thus ... but as you are ... I am skeptical about the amount of data. Of course ... you can let it switch and see what happens ;)

Hmm I guess I should have checked the actual guide before posting. If I page down through the guide, I see data through the 24th which is about right.
But why is my tivo lying to me? When I go 'pick programs to record' there's a warning "Only 5 days of Program Guide data remain. Please make a daily call", and on the System Information and Phone Connection screens it says "Program Guide Data To: Sunday, Feb 16, 2003".

In fact mine had no guide data at all, i.e. there were no shows in the to be recorded list even though the system information screen said that guide data existed through some date nearly two weeks in the future. I tried forcing a daily call but that had no effect, so I rebooted. That fixed the problem.

p.s. It's definitely not necessary to have TiVo switch to the Discovery Channel. I happen to have a season pass for a show that's on at that time so my TiVo hasn't done a Service Data Download since September 30th, 2002. I presume I'm missing out on various ads that TiVo would prefer I see, but that's okay with me :-)

Thanks marcos.
The reboot did it. I'm just not used to rebooting linux boxes of any kind - that's a method normally reserved for windoze.
Sorry to waste time and board space :p
