Bought a 100gig WD HD and sent it to Hinsdale to set up for me. Got it back in a few days and following instructions had it up and running in just a few minutes. By doing it this way, I didn't have to fool around with my PC and eliminated all the problems we read about here. It just costs a few dollars more to go FIRST class. I now have an AT&T with 167 hours. Thanks Bill. Don S.
