Have MACs and have 3 different "TIVO 1 DirectTV" units and need to back up or copy my main drive before adding 2nd drive. Have already Blessed and added a drive to a fourth unit, everything went great. But need to backup the copy of this one and the other three before progressing. I have loaded Linux on one of my MACs but cannot get it to recognize the TIVO drive. Any programs like the drive bless program(worked great) for copying the drive and the MAC recgonizing my TIVO and formated Linux drive. (funny you can format a drive in DEVICE UTILITY, but the MAC well not show it on the desktop}...........I have 10 MACs with OS 8.6 thru 10.2 and LINUX on one but still only shows start up drive in LINUX.
