Here is the response I just received from PayPal concerning my dispute with PvrJoe...

Seller Name: Tivo Joe
Seller Email: paypal@tivojoe.com
Transaction Amount: -$199.99
Transaction Date: Feb 3, 2003

Reason for Dispute: Non Receipt
Date of Complaint: Feb 10, 2003
Status: Case Closed
Status Details: Our investigation of this complaint is now complete.

The seller did not respond to our requests for tracking information. Therefore, we attempted to award you a full refund. Unfortunately, there were insufficient funds available in the seller's PayPal account to complete the refund.

PayPal does not consider this a satisfactory resolution of this complaint. We have taken action against this seller's account until the complaint has been resolved.

No further action is required of you at this time.

Sounds like old PvrJoe lied to us.There was no money in his PayPal account after all. Looks like I'm out $200. This stinks!! Anyone else??? :confused:
