I think this was my favorite episode to date. And Carol looked damn hot in that dress.

Vote President Stubbs!

That was a GREAT episode!! Some of the funniest stuff I've seen on TV this entire season. Of course, I've watched Ed since the beginning, but still, wow! The Molly and Nancy musical bit near the end was the icing on the cake!

It was a great episode. Can't wait to next show..Check this alert for different time slot. http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-v...threadid=103671

I have to say this was the best dream-sequence episode I have ever seen! You could almost see how Ed's mind works, how goofy and serious he is at the same time. They also did a great job with the beginning of the dream making it seem like it was real for awhile.

Great episode. For the most part, it really did feel like a dream. I laughed when Ed was trying to get the band to stop playing, and he woke up to hear the song on the radio. I've had that exact same thing happen numerous times in my dreams.

Anyone else hoping for a cheese man? :)

I loved it when Ed tried to fly. It was great. They showed how the dream did have some limitations. Also I loved how his subconscious would interject into his conscious to offer up what Ed really feels, not what he feels he feels, or wants to feel (if that made any sense).

Definately the best episode of Ed to date.

Ditto on the best episode yet.

This show keeps outdoing itself.

I kept trying to figure out the symbolism of looking for the jumping bean, anyone got any ideas?

Also, is there any word on whether or not the lovely Ms. Lloyd will being hanging around for a while, or is she going to pass back into the ether?

Great episode. Everyone was great in it.

Loved the young Ed and Mike, especially when old Mike told young Mike to escape now because it only gets worse.

And carol in that dress... Yowsa!

Hmm, where do I start?

1) I normally hate dream sequences, but this was so well done it was not even funny.

2) Carol was off the meter in the dress.

3) I have a hard time calling anything the best epsiode ever, but this is clearly one of Ed's high points. I loved that they did not let Ed forget about his 'affection' for Carol.

I liked Carol in the High School outfit better than the dress......

And too bad Warren wasn't in the dream too. Might have been the only place he could have any part of Carol......

By the way....Ed is broadcast in HD, right? Anyone have any HD scans from last night's episode.......

I was glad to see a little more of Nancy.

It seems she and Mike haven't had much focus this season, and they're my favorites. :(

Posted by: DancnDude

Yeah, when Nancy was on Molly's shoulders in that tall dress was hilarious!

This episode was GREAT!!!! Usually "dream" shows like this are SO lame...but this really was one of Ed's best episodes. Kudos to the writers!

This was a great episode, and it was a great dream sequence, because it wasn't used as an excuse for a "clips show". Rather, it gave us as viewers some real insight into Ed's psyche (which was the whole point of the lucid dreaming in the first place). I loved that Carol was Ed's internal "reality check", pushing him to really explore his issues with women, but Carol was also still Ed's ultimate fantasy. Then, Ed showed some real guts for maybe the first time in the series by acknowledging that even if Carol was still his ultimate fantasy, Frankie might just be his best reality.

I think it was Harry Chapin who once sang "it's better some times when we don't get to touch our dreams . . ."

Hated it!

i loved taye diggs in this and the hall and oates guest appearance. best dream sequence i've ever seen on tv.

the only way to have his dreams more like mine would be for him to have a fire alarm he couldn't shut off only to wake up and find its his alarm clock.

Ed's such a nice guy that he only kissed the ladies, but I think any Warren lucid dream action would be a little Too Hot for NBC, if you get my drift.

I know that saying but it seems odd stating that it was so well done it was not funny when, in actuality, it was so well done it was hilarious.

As much as I would have liked to see Jedi Cheswick, he's really not that important to Ed's life.

Just gonna give some props out to Warren for doing the teacher's sister. :)

Every once in a while you read something you wrote and realize that it makes you seem like a complete moron (which probably is not far from the truth anyway).

Wow, that was poorly worded. My point, so lost in that nonsensical statement, was that it was well done and entertaining (period).

Now, off to English class ;)

Molly is very cute too. I hold a special place in my heart for redheads. :)

Fourth!!!

Mmmmmmm...... Nancyyyyy...........

(remembers Carol in black dress)

Mmmmmmm........Carol..................

On a side note - I bet it was fun for the actors - getting to kiss everyone in sight, and ones they normally don't get to (Ed with everyone, Mike with Carol, etc)

any good HDTV screen caps of Carol in the dress you guys are talking about??

Fantastic episode, just finished watching it a few minutes ago.

I agree it was great! I'm not mmmm'ing at anybody, but still enjoyed it.

Who dresses Sabrina Lloyd? Her clothes are to die for, exactly my style.
