ALL RIGHT !!!

Granted - How in the world can they do better than Season 2 of 24 ? (Of course, we were saying the same thing when it was announced that 24 would have a 2nd Season).

2 of my favorite shows on TV right now! I'm so happy to hear they will both be back.

Darn it, yet another bunch of spoiler information.

Now:

Spoiler Alert! (highlight to read)
I know for sure that both Jack Bauer and Sydney Bristow won't die for at least 20+ more episodes

(j/k) (which means "just kidding")

:D

Thanks for the great news!

Re: 24 s3: Ok, they've gone from presidential assasination to nuclear terrorism and government conspiracy. What are they going to do next time, alien invasion!? "Hello, this is Agent Mulder--err, I mean Bauer speaking..." :)

Good "24" news. I've saved every episode this year, and so far, I've viewed up to 3:00pm. I avoid watching the show's promos every week - and I don't want to know nothin'!! TiVo is great for this kind of "watch on your own schedule" kind of thing.

I suppose I should put this in spoiler tags, but rumor has it next season, the Van Nuys 7-11 gets taken hostage by a bunch of kids after a Slurpee robbery gone bad. Kim was shopping for tampons, and is among the hostages. She makes a furtive cell phone call to Bauer, but since she knows he tends to be too busy for family, she tells him it's terrorists. CTU besieges the place, and the kids are too stoned to figure out that it's all a big misunderstanding.

FOX figures it's time for a comedy season of 24, and one of the execs said "Hey! 24 takes place over 24 hours, and 7-11 is open 24 hours! It's a perfect match!" FOX is in negotiations with 7-11 for massive product placement; they're hoping to be able to run the entire season commercial-free.

The main sticking point so far is that Elisha Cuthbert is holding out. She released a statement through her agent: "Well, since I'm, like, this really big star now, I think it's time I do, like, really big roles. You know, like, important stuff. 'Cause, like, you never see Meryl Streep doing TV shows and stuff. Like, maybe some famous feminist, or a lesbian or stuff. Do you know any lesbians?"

I bet this is the only time this phrase will be uttered.

Shocked would be the word more than surprised. 24 has been on an upswing in ratings all season, so that almost seemed obvious. But I am surprised (and delighted) that ABC has the foresight not to cancel the only show that keeps me from deleting them from the Channels I Receive list.

Yes. One more season (at least) of Jennifer and Elisha. There is a god!

The news about Alias being picked up for a third season was also reported on the Fox Report with Shepard Smith tonight.

I hope he didn't say anything about Jennifer Garner and her "job"
