At Noon EST NASA TV will be showing the Columbia flight deck video which was recovered. It shows about 13 minutes of video from the flight deck. There is no indication in the video of the impending problem. NASA TV is on the 119 sat channel 376.

Are you sure that's not gonna be Noon CST ?

I'm watching the feed currently and it's not showing as expected and noted above.

Well, at 11:30 EST they announced that it would be shown in a half hour. So we'll see what happens at 1pm EST. At least I wasn't wrong in the other direction.:)

CNN is also running the feed from NASA as it rolls.

EDIT: How sad and haunting that these seven people, seeming having the time of their lives, had no idea what was about to happen to them.

Whew, that was close, I saw this thread and switched to NASA, saw the title screen, and it came on a second later.

ahhh...this sucks....at work and cant get to my tivo....so i remoted my friends S1 via web and i **think** im recording it...but not sure....LOL.....wonder what its recording :D

I just watched my recording of the NASA feed and I just can't put into words my feelings. So sad.

Did the CNN feed have the bottom banner?

Too bad there wasn't footage of the other 3. It would be like a little gift from God to the families, because that tape falling down to earth mostly unharmed has to be a slight miracle.
