I placed an order two days ago for a multiswitch, UPS Ground, and received it today ! A couple of weeks ago the same thing happened with an upgrade toolkit and accessories !

You just can't top this. I received e-mail acknowledgements, an invoice, and a link with that stupid 1Zxxxxxxxxx number embedded, that took me straight to tracking without having to type anything in.

I wish 9th Tee stocked *everything* I need.

I'll second that! I've been ordering from Mark for a couple of years, NEVER had a problem.

The only item I've purchased from 9th Tee was a bracket for the extra hd in my SA, but they were timely & responsive. I wouldn't hesitate if I needed anything else from them.
