XP and Upgrade Question

I am ready to take on the challenge of upgrading my DSR6000.
I was feeling pretty confident until I realized that I recently upgraded my PC to Windows XP Pro. I wish I would have waited another month!
Anyway, I checked my partitions and I seem to have my C: and D: Drives partitioned as FAT32.
I assume this means I don't need to go through the process of setting up another partition as outlined in the Hinsdale upgrade guide.
Can anyone verify this for me?
Thanks!

As long as your partitions are FAT32 not NTFS, you are all set. You can verify this in disk manager. I have XP with my primary formatted as NTFS, so I just removed my primary drive, put an old 4gb drive in, fdisk'd and formatted it in DOS, and never had to worry about any booting into windows issues. My back up with all my season passes etc. was less than 200mb. Good luck with your upgrade.

Thanks Dave!
I just wanted to make sure I wasn't assuming too much.
By the way, I bought a Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 120GB 7200RPM Hard Drive at Best Buy for $99 after $50 Rebate.
Seems like a pretty good deal for those who hate to wait for mail order!
