Blown up Phillips Tivo

I was trying to upgrade a Phillips PTV300 and reversed the old and new drives and now nothing seems to boot. What can i do, short of buying a new Tivo?

Download an image and reload the drives, or buy a replacement hard drive from us or another vendor. Or, send the drives to us or another vendor to have them reformatted.
