Time to upgrade my new HDVR2

I've had my new Hughes HDVR2 for about 2 weeks now and have been using TiVo for about 3 months.

Time to upgrade the recording capacity. I've seen the ready to go drives being sold on eBay and various sites.

My question is: What is the best drive to get and where do I buy it for the least amount of $$$$?

Thanks!

Buy a 120GB drive for $100 and just do the upgrade yourself. It took me about 30 minutes total for my HDVR2 and I am a first time Tivo owner.

You can follow Hinsdale's guides, but here is the easiest procedure that I found for upgrading the HDVR2 to a 120GB drive: http://www.perham.net/mike/log/archives/000029.html

One thing: Remember to disconnect any hard drives with operating systems prior to connecting your old Tivo drive and new upgrade drive. In addition, I would recommend just attaching your new 120GB HD first to make sure your BIOS can recognize it.
