I am in the process of upgrading a 120 GB HD to become my new A drive. I used the -127 swapfile parameter. After this is done, I want to add the old A drive as a new B drive. Question is, do I need to do anything to the swapfile on the new B drive(original 60 gig).

There is no need to 'do' anything to the new B drive.

All you need is the mfsadd command (the example is for A drive as Secondary Master and B drive as Primary Slave)

mfsadd -x /dev/hdc /dev/hdb
