Upgraded/Replaced drive without linux tools

Yesterday I did a mirror copy from my WORKING (thank goodness I bought 2 of the Same Phillips DireTivos) Quantum drive to my new 7200rpm Samsung 40 gig drive.

Did this using a hard drive cloneing machine called an Echo by Logicube.
It wasn't supposed to work as the drives were not the same.

I had to do a full system erase and start over, but that's okay.. at least my Tivo is operational again after the Quantum drive scraped it's way to death.

Thought some people would like to know of a way to replace the drive without using Linux.
