Remotely Accessing TivoWEB

I was wondering if there is a way that I can set up my tivo and LAN that would let me access my TivoWEB from outside my network (ie. at school and at work). I have a HDR212 upgraded with TurboNET and 92hr capacity. The problem is that I have a cable connection which uses dynamic IP addresses. I'm using a D-Link 614+ router at home. Would I need to set up an account with a dynamic DNS service (like tzo.com)? Would I need to set up a server at home?
Thanks in advance for the help

You can do this, but you either need to use a dynamic DNS service, or you need to have your PC email or otherwise notify you of the IP address on regular occasions. You'll also need to open up the appropriate ports on your router, or set your TiVo to be a DMZ host. Just beware that one level of security is gone when you do this.
Also - how often does your IP actually change? Most cable companies keep the same IP up for a month or so, so this may not really be a big problem (although you know it'll change when you most need it).
