The TiVo description for one of the upcoming Third Watch episodes says something to the effect of:

Are they confusing Sully with X-Files' Scully?

That's pretty funny, but they do need to do something with his character. I'm getting a little tired of him being drunk all the time. They have Davis acting more professional than sully. And as you know Sully believes himself to be an upstanding officer with high morals.
I am curious what they plan to due with Carlos

on the last episode as you know they ended it with Doc telling him he was going to be fired

So am waiting to see what happens, they've been dragging his story line along for the last few weeks.
