Dead-Zone is a top-notch show and Anthony Michael Hall is perfect in the role. Altho sometimes I think he lays on the whole 'single-raised-eyebrow-thing' a bit thick.

If you read the article, it appears the incident in question happened in 2001 and Hall went back to production after a brief hospitalization. The insurance company that paid for the claims due to the production halt is now suing to get back the claim paid out. Current production halts or delays are not mentioned.

Better reread that link. From what I gather... production was stopped about two years ago (before the series actually aired) and this is just the lawyers pointing fingers at one another.
