Recover from Serious Error message... new image required?

I just upgraded my TiVo Series 2 80hr unit with a 2nd Maxtor 120GB hard drive. Machine has been working great for about 3 weeks. Then I get this green Serious Error screen. The machine reboots itself everytime (about a minute or so total boot time before reboot). The screen says to leave plugged in for 3 hours then call customer service. I have left it overnight, and then powered it off today. Restarted, with same problem.
I am assuming I will need a new primary image. Is this correct? If this is correct where can I get a 80hr Series 2 TiVo image?

Sounds like you need a new image - you may be having the swap space problem listed in a sticky note at the top of this forum. Did you add swap when you did the upgrade?

I just added the 2nd drive, without really touching the first drive.
