I'm planning to swap out the 60GB "A" drive in my SAS2 60+80 setup for a new 120GB "A" drive. I need to preserve the recordings. Any pitfalls to avoid?

Hopefully, you've added swap in the past. All you can do now is a 'dd' then an 'mfsadd' if you want to keep your recordings and not change out your B drive.
