I just watched the videos from Shanan (great job, BTW!!). Toward the end of the 'What You Need' video, she mentions that HMO will have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you don't like it, cancel and get your $ back.

That should put to rest all the questions about a trial period.

(If someone else already mentioned this, my apologies for duplicating).
