HDVR2 Tivo Image with USB/Ethernet

Anyone have a link to a drive that has an image I could put on a new HDVR2 drive that already has USB/Ethernet/bash/Tivo Web setup and installed? I know some of you got this working with an older version of the 3.1 software.

I'd really appreciate it!
