I am unable to log into my TiVo account because the site says my password is invalid and I can't change it because when I try I get this strange error message:

Sorry, but we encountered an error while processing your request. Please try again later. QnBkYytMeXFhRlhzZHNUVXBaRHZVdGZTeUFjPQ==

I would really like to purchase the Home Media Option but not being able to log into my account is really frustrating. Is anyone else having a similar problem?

Hi Peter, send an e-mail to manage@tivo.com with the error message and your name and e-mail address and we'll look into it.

This is a rare error, individual to your account; most folks are able to log in fine (albeit a little slowly today). We can probably fix you up quickly.
