Did you like the "new" Trigger Happy TV?

I thought it was ok. A few funny bits, and a few big misses. I think it'll just take some getting used to. For some reason, the new people felt like intruders on Dom Jolly's turf.

Yeah, I'm really enjoying it this time around. Didn't care much for the original episodes. Loved the cheerleader, and the nun-penguin fight.

I thought the new cast members brought with them a much-needed infusion of new ideas to the show. It was getting pretty old seeing Dom Joly do the same half-dozen bits over and over again.
"Ice -- ice water? You said ice water? Oh ho, yeah!"

One thing that my wife and I both noticed was the reactions of the American public vs. the British public.
Americans generally stopped and laughed or at least noticed the stunts, while most of the British public would walk on by as if nothing was happening, only occasionally tittering. Public reaction makes it funnier in my opinion - without some sort of reaction, a lot of the jokes fell flat.
I also thought the street artist sign saying "No Canadians" (instead of "No French") was a humorous detail.
All in all, good stuff. Although they could move on from the huge cel phone gag - that one is getting really tired.

The huge cell phone needs to go. But man, that guy has a mouth on him.
I think some of the funniest bits are the "animal costume" ones.

I just saw the one from this week, I havne't seen any other new ones yet but i'm laughing my butt off.
I like this better than the british version. and I agree that the american public seems much more aware and willing to participate than the british.

I caught a new one last night, and have to say, I like the change. The extra characters were a nice addition and gives the schtick some more flexability. (Like the new guy doing the evangelist "cross the street" bit!)
I am also enjoying the reaction of the American public. Looks like more people are laughing, or gawking, instead of just trying to walk away. Of course, much of the stuff in certain areas (like the cheerleader in the subway) had me thinking that the general public just thought she was an amusing insane person. Or put up to a dare, perhaps... But it's still amusing.
Loved the "fresh pepper" stuff. I don't know why, but those kinds of gags get me. I also love ones where the unsuspecting rube is treated to a ridiculous stuffed animal, like the "large pigeon" and "large rat" gags.
Definitely got some laughs out of me.
