What? No discussion of the pilot episode of "Lucky?" The trailers have been making me nostalgic for "Strange Luck," but there's just so very little chance that the show could be that good. It was interesting. Did anyone else think that Dan Heyda's character specifically hired the strung-out guy to rob Lucky? So that he'd -have- to borrow the money?

And is it just me or should the show be called "Unlucky?"

Pilot episodes of half-hour shows have the burden of introducing all the characters AND telling a story AND setting up a story arc. No easy task. It wasn't a particularly inspired job, but I still have hope for the series.

Now where can I get Strange Luck on DVD?
