your most amusing double-feature?

These are two shows I watched tonight, back-to-back. No foolin'.

First Hour: MacGyver on TVLand, 6th season, episode 105, "Tough Boys". [Guest Star: Richard Roundtree]

Epguides.com says: MacGyver's pacifist policies are put to the test by a militant youth leader he hooks up with to find out who has been organizing a gang of youthful vigilantes using extreme measures to clean the neighborhood crack problem.

Roundtree plays the youth leader. As the episode starts, Mac doesn't like his discipline, thinks he's too rough on the kids.

Second Hour: Stargate SG-1 on one of my local Fox stations, 5th season, episode 101, "Proving Ground".

Epguides.com says: The SGC is running a group of cadets through training, and O'Neill isn't particularly satisfied with the group. (remainder of description removed because it's too spoilerish).

As the episode starts, the cadets screw up, O'Neill is chewing them out, and Daniel intercedes on their behalf, asking Jack "don't you think you're being too rough on them?"

Both episodes even involve disarming devices with timers. Too funny.

I found these just by accident while channel-surfing, but TiVo could have found them with a Richard Dean Anderson WL.

What about you? What's your best double-feature that happened just by chance?

About two weeks ago, I TiVoed the movie "Dave," one of my favorites. Afterwards, I was poking around on Now Playing and found something on the History Channel called Madam President, about Wilson's wife, who kind of ran the country after WWI when Woodrow fell sick. Kind of similar to Dave, where an impersonator becomes the President after the real one goes into a coma.

Not a TiVo thing, but when I was dating my wife, I asked her to come over, and rent some movies. She picked Fargo and Pulp Fiction. THAT was really cool: a chick who digged those types of movies.

Didn't catch part two, just saw the very beginning:

Watching Angel two seasons ago (I think two seasons--the one with Pyrea) on our cable network's strange WB/PAX hybrid. At the end of the episode
Spoiler Alert! (highlight to read)

We see a silver platter uncovered, and Lorne's severed head sitting on it.

Cut to Grr, Argh, and then "We are now leaving the WB Network. We are now joining the PAX TV network. PAX TV--a friend of the family..."

Just last night I watched The Matrix on DVD and then watched Six Feet Under. When Claire is talking to Nate, she says something like:
Spoiler Alert! (highlight to read)
"This isn't the Matrix, people like me are real."
That was kind of weird, like an echo on my TV, or a glitch in the Matrix. ;)
