Phillips 20hr upgrading to 80GB + Turbonet

I was planning on selling my old Phillips 20hr Series 1 TiVo when I got my 80hr Series 2, but now I've decided to keep both and upgrade the old one.
I've ordered Turbonet (with the connector kit) and an 80GB Maxtor drive (for $30!) and I've read Hinsdale's How-to, but I want to make sure there's nothing else I should know.
I have a 20hr Phillips w/ latest Series 1 software which has never been hacked. I have bought an 80GB drive that I want to use to replace the current A (which I will keep as backup). I have deleted all the shows and passes on my 20hr. I want to set up the new drive on my Dell, which is running WinXPhome, but I will do this w/o the windows harddrive (I plan on just taking it out).
I should just be able to copy the old drive image to the new, install tools, plug in the turbo net (a bit worried about sawing a hole in the case - and I will have to borrow a hacksaw), and go, right?
Any advice?

Not sure what you mean about 'install tools' - if that's the Turbonet driver, you only need it if you want more than the dial-ins to happen over ethernet.
Otherwise you sound good to go - you'll need a boot CD or floppy also . . .

Well, I did it and it wasn't dreadfull, but...
I did have some trouble with the drive copying:
The only way my computer would boot is if the two drives were primary master and slave jumpered for cable selection. It took me a number of tries to figure that out.
And I had to run mfsadd twice before it would work. And I could never mount any partitions to install joe and ftp (though I think I'm not up for that yet, maybe later).
Other than that I just had a fight with a flimsy hacksaw! ;-)
Thanks to everyone - Tiger, Hinsdale, and Weeknees especially - for all the help on the board.

This maybe late for you but maybe it will help someone else. To get the CAT5 cable out of my S1 TiVo I decided not to cut a hole for the keystone RJ45 jack. I really didn't like the idea of filings near the motherboard. So I created my own CAT5 tail and ran it under the TiVo through one of the existing holes then added the plug at the end once the cable was in. The cable isn't visible and no cutting. If you have a RJ crimper or can borrow one this might be a good alternative if you don't want to cut. Just make sure you don't make any tight radius bends when routing the cable.
