help! upgrading to Tivonet and stuck
(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I am in the process of upgrading my Tivo Series 1 (which already has a 130gb B drive) to tivonet.
I am only up to the mounting steps, and I am getting this error message which I don't understand:
mount: /dev/hdc9 has wrong major or minor number
Anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong?
Thanks!

OK, I figured out the problem and now I'm up and running. However I seem to be stuck on something else.
I am at bash and do a cd /var/hack, then gzip for joe, but it can't find the damn joe file! I know it is there because I copied it and did ls to verify when I had the tivo apart, is there any chance the files got renamed when I copied them off the Win95 disk?
Thanks!
