Reboot Loop after series 2 upgrade

I just finished my upgrade on my series 2 att tcd1300, and when I plug the hard drives back in I get this continous restart loop in which it says "welcome. Powering up..." and then "Almost there. A few more seconds please..." and then the screen flash's black for a few seconds and the loops starts all over.

I've tried pluging back my single hard drive to no avail. And yes I've check jumper settings, and the cables.

The second drive I added was an ibm deskstar 76gb.
