Can DirecTivo handle 160GB + drives?

Can I upgrade my DirecTivo with drives greater than 137GB? Many BIOSes cannot utilize drives beyond that but I'm not sure what the Tivos can handle.

Yes you can upgrade with a 160GB drive but it will only use 137GB unless you are able to hack your TiVo. It may be possible for someone with the technical expertise to accomplish this. I am waiting for official TiVo support for greater than 137GB usage. Some 160GB drives have been priced at less than $137 after rebate recently so it might be a cost effective upgrade even after wasting the 23GB. When storage got less than $1/GB, I thought that was so amazing, I started upgrading these things.
