Anyone looking forward to the end of the season?

I find myself looking forward to the end of the season, so I can be "out from under" the "tyranny" of my season passes.:D I'd like to catch a few John Wayne films this summer. And there are a few John Cusak and Marissa Tomei films I'd like to watch.

Just wondering if anyone else will be looking forward to the end...

Oh yeah, I am so busy with work this May I will be watching until then end of July probably. Then there are the summer shows to look forward to, like Keen Eddie

Not to mention all the DVDs I've bought but never watched!

I'm not happy about the season ending, since a good portion of my favorite shows are not coming back, for one reason or another (Buffy -- ended; Futurama, Firefly, John Doe -- cancelled). Very few of the pilots for next year are looking all that interesting to me -- only Karen Cisco (ABC) and Tru Calling (FOX) will probably get on my TiVo even once. How many more crime/procedural dramas do we need? (Just considering L&O and CSI variants, it seems like that's 50% of the programs on the air now.)

I am actually since I have lots of movies recorded on my directivos I need to catch up on and plus I have to keep a eye on my tivos getting too full.

I am in the mood for a few full length movies instead of a hour.

Yes! Non-Tivo people don't understand that feeling at all. I need time to catch up on the shows that I just couldn't keep up with during the regular season. I'll be catching up throughout the summer I'm sure. And movies! I'd love to see some movies! And I need to take the TiVo's down briefly so I can add bigger hard drives so I can fill them up even more!

I'm definitely looking forward to catching reruns of shows that I didn't catch the first time around this season. I only regret that I'm no longer able to afford cable, so I won't really be able to catch many good movies anymore. I'll have to keep my TiVo busy recording old movies for me until my cable goes bye-bye.....

Need to watch some series' I have not had a chance to sample yet, maybe discover a keeper or two like last summer. Last year I discovered Smallville, and The Shield during the hiatus.
Actually I've gotten into the mode of watching MLB, specifically Yankee Games, that I Tivo. I turn on game about 7:00 PM PDT and watch from beginning while its still recording the end of the game. Last year, before blackout rules changed, I was able to watch encore presentations of all MLB games. While this is happening I'm recording remainder of season passes (Season Finales) and stockpiling them for rainy days.

My To Do List for the next 2 weeks is one screen (8 items)! Wow! I've got a few dead Season Passes now... Buffy, Farscape, Firefly. Keen Eddie looks promising so I need to keep reminding myself to look for it once I have enough guide data.

The top 10 shows in my season pass manager all had their "finales" over the past few months so I've been out from under the "tyranny" for quite some time now. Though the wire is starting up again soon.

Stargate SG-1, Angel, The Wire, The Shield, Curb Your Enthusiam, The Sopranos, Fear Factor

Keen Eddie has been on my To Do list for a few days now. My 'Pilot' wishlist caught it.

Stargate SG-1 is starting their next season 6/13.
