Sorry for the newbie questions, but the search feature is down and I can't seem to find consistent answers elsewhere.

(1) Is there a maximum drive size that can be used by the Series 2 standalone?

(2) What version of the Linux kernel is running in the Series 2 sets?

(3) What hacks have been successful so far on the new boxes?

1 - yes: 137 GB per drive. So 160s are the largest that make a difference; most people stop at 120 for cost/benefit reasons.

2 - that depends on the version of the software also

3 - not many, other than adding a second drive. There is a thread about getting bash on the new boxes - when search is up, dig around.
