Just finished up attempting to upgrade my new HDVR2 and I am stuck at the Welcome...Powering Up screen. Is this a symptom of anything in particular? Any ideas on what I should try?

Jumper settings on the drive(s) is the usual cause, double check the jumpers.

i'm in the same situation and switching jumpers didnt work for me. any suggestions?
