I upgraded my 14 hour phillips to a 120 hour two drive system over a year ago. And after many headaches and all of your help... I got it up and running. But I got greedy... and tried to do other hacks... I don't know why. I guess I wanted to try to use TyStudio to extract to my HD. Anyways... Now my tivo locks up all the time and the only way to unlock it is to reboot (unplug) it. I can get the bash prompt and get the ftp to run... I even got tystudio to run (albeit slow). Too slow and to big of a file to be worth my while. So I'm going to try to fix it and keep my same image, but if that doesn't work, I'm just going to format and reimage the two drives again. I guess I just want to be prepared with the new image.

Locks up you say? TiVoWeb causes my Philips to lock up every so often. I just remember to turn it off (Tivoweb) when I'm not using it or restart it once a day and it keeps on humming along.
