I'm upgrading my single drive sony svr-2000. Tivos current A drive is a 40 gig quantum and I am adding a western digital 120 gig. I've reviewed the swap problem threads, but frankly I don't know if that applies to me. Have not made the upgrade process yet. Anyone know speacial precautions I should take while upgrading or before upgrading. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, you will break mfsfix if you do this.

It would be much better to make the new drive your A drive, although it does take a few hours to copy your recordings from the old drive if you want to keep them.
