Have UK Thompson Unit, and upgraded it to 240 gig ( 180 +60 drives)
Can i upgrade it further with two 200 gig or higher?

TiVo only reads the first 137GB of a disk. So two 160GB disks will give you the maximum size.

Or, if you've been keeping up with current events you can use the full size of the drive.
