I was looking at imdb and noticed that the guy who played Apophis was also a guest on an episode of MacGyver. Is there a Stargate Six Degrees of Richard Dean Anderson? :)

Heh... I liked her in Lois & Clark, but got annoyed with her when she started doing those Radio Shack commercials.

I was watching a MacGyver once - something about poaching Bears and a long lost girlfirend. General Hammond was one of the poachers. He played this really dumb guy who was second fiddle to this other really dumb guy. They were hunting Bears in the long lost girlfriends park (she was a Ranger). MacGyver got them both arrested with some clever moves and a pulled distributer cap.

I noticed that ep too. :) Mac had gone up to take comfort with his old ex-gf after having a near-death close call, that he only escaped from due to dumb luck.

And Don Davis (who plays Hammond) was the stand in for MacGyver's boss Pete (played by Dana Elcar).
