Big Brother 4

Looks like Big Brother 4 will start Tuesday, July 8th. This was a fun show for me to watch last year during the summer and I really liked getting to know the Housemates. By the end of the summer when the show was ending it felt like i was losing friends.

I agree! I really like Big Brother. Especially subscribing to the live internet feeds. It's really cool to peep in to the house to see what they are talking about. That really gives a different perspective than just what the producers edit together. And some of the endurance challenges you get to watch online also :)

I just hope they stick to Tue, Wed, and Saturday...those are excellent slots for me.

I thought anyone who has a TiVo SA has at least two or more. I have five SAs and two new replays.

Awesome! I love this show! Last season was pretty good, but I hope they have someone as funny as Will from season 2.

I remember in some of the promos previewing the upcoming season, they mentioned a big surprise twist for this season. Anyone have any idea as to what that twist might be?

No ideas on the twist. I do like how Big Brother constantly evolves the rules so the houseguests don't know exactly what will happen to them. I don't think 2 seasons of Big Brother have had the same exact gameplay, and that's a good thing!

From this thread, I guess that the spoiler is revealed on the Big Brother website. I'm not reading that thread or the website though because I'd rather be surprised :)

The Twist is that once some of the House Guests check in, their ex's will arrive to be house guests too. Will they team up or will they start crap?

During BB1, I had an iMac configured with all 4 video streams on the screen, it was fun to watch when it got slow at work.

I would like to get the Big Brother 4 live video feed. I would like to know if you do get the sound also. Thanks for any help.

Yes, you get audio and video just like watching them on TV. There are 4 "feeds", kinda like 4 different channels you can watch. There is also a "Quad Cam" that will show the video for all 4 feeds on the screen at once, and the audio from one of the feeds is played.

We are new to Tivo & DirecTV but have watched all BBs. I noticed the other day during a storm that we lost our signal for quite some time. I am concerned that this could potentially cause us to miss the season finale or some other important episode... that would be a real bummer :mad:
