No love for Keen Eddie this week? I thought it was another great episode.

Sienna Miller got quite a bit of screentime and that is fine by me. Man, she is smokin' hot when she pouts. I couldn't deny her anything looking like that.

What I like about Keen Eddie is what I like about Lucky. The supporting characters are always interesting.

I agree 100%. This is a real surprise that I never would have bothered watching if TiVo hadn't picked it up from my "pilot" wishlist.

I thought this episode was much better than the last episode. That third episode really wasn't up to par.

And Sienna is definitely easy on the eyes!

Yeah, after last week I was thinking that it was starting to go south. The "football" episode was really well done and moving.

Oh Sienna..... I'll make you happy.

So I got in late on the Keen Eddie thing. I was planning on watching it since seeing the original promos but didn't get the SP set up in time, obviously didn't pay enough attention.

Few questions,

1. What is the relationship/basis for the roomy? Who is she and why are they staying together?

2. Why is he over there, some sort of foriegn exchange?

So I enjoyed the "football" show, even though the first one I got to see. I like the premise of an American in a foriegn country, where we get to see the society and interact vicariously through him. Especially with a personality like, "I'm Eddie. How do'ya like me so far?" :D

Here is a brief synopsis of the pilot that will give you the back-story:

I also really liked this weeks episode ... love all the supporting characters as well as Eddie himself. I do miss the "comedy" we saw in the first to episodes though. But, all in all, Im liking it!

Just hope FOX doesnt screw it up ... again. I hope it becomes the "lil show that could" like MONK has become.

Sienna is Hot ... Ill agree! But I have had a tthing for MoneyPenny <aka.HornyPenny> since the 1st episode ... and now that Eddie is having sexual daydreams about her shes all the more better to me!

Good show Fox keep it up!

1. Eddie rented the flat but when he arrived the daughter of the owner was there with her boyfriend. They came to an arrangement, he would stay and not tell her mother.

2. He screwed up a big drug case in the US, he followed the drugs to England. After doing a good job they asked him to stay,

Just wanted to throw in my $.02 and say I still really like this show. I'm not sure what will happen to it, i.e. if the fall schedules are already set in stone, or if it will have to wait for the first casualties before it can squeeze into the prime-time schedule, or what...

I love this show...but then again I like "The American Embassy" which was also filmed in London. But FOX dumped it after the third episode. It really makes me reticent to get 'involved' in a show any more because I get VERY CRANKY when I suddenly can't find out how situations were resolved, etc.
Alas, this is what happened to me with "24." I didn't see the first few episodes...FOX refuses to re-air them...ever. So knowing that it's sequential, I had to wait until the DVD for season 1 came out to try to catch up. Now I'm a big fan.
But there are other "conflict" shows that I would have liked to see in reruns this summer:
Bernie Mac (where is it?)
Life With Bonnie (non existent)
Wanda At Large (puff of smoke)
The thing is...it seems like the networks are bailing FAST on shows, and often they are refusing to re-run them...as a cost-saving measure?
Those of us in the Tivo community (without dual tuners) might enjoy a second run during the week or a revisit to series in off-peak or second-season spots.
What do you think?

I think Fox needs to give shows a chance. <grumbles>Richard</grumbles>

Keen Eddie is definately my favorite show this summer. Hands down. I can't get enough of it...or Sienna Miller...mmmm. Now...where did I put that issue of Maxim?

My guess is the bathroom.
