Slide Show Sort Order?

I've asked this before but I don't think it ever got answered.

Slide show gives you the option to sort by name or date order. This appears to sort the thumbnails, but not the order of the slide show itself. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

I've noticed this too. My images just have the default filenames (IMG000516, IMG000517, etc) Yet when I want to present the images as a slide show, they won't display in alphabetical order or even in date order. I get a sort like IMG000528, IMG000687, IMG000688, IMG000535, etc. Any idea what the problem is?

Do you have "shuffle" turned on?

Select a thumbnail
Select "Play Slideshow"
Right Click to go into "Options"
Down to "Shuffle"
(or whatever other options you want)

Take it from there

Nope. Shuffle is tunred off. Even before the show runs, the slides are displayed in the thumbnail view out of order. Not sure why.

I am expirenceing same type of problems. I wnat to play a slideshow of only one folder. HMO plays slide show but brings in pictures from other folders and then doesn't even play all the pictures in the one folder I wanted to see.
Have sub-folders turned off shuffel off
sort by date taken(if that does anything?)
Any thoughts?
