Hello all. I have some experience upgraded Tivos in the past and been successfull every time. However this is my first Tivo2 upgrade. I have a Sony SVR-3000 and I got a 120G WD drive to add to it. I used the regular BlessTiVo /dev/hdx command off the linux floppy and got successfull upgrade of about 111G. I then got another cable of course and added the new 120G as a slave, when the original Maxtor 80G was Master. I boot up and go to settings and still only see original recording space of about 24 hours... It doesn't see the added drive. I used 2-3 different cables and still same thing. The Tivo works just fine, but it doesn't see the added drive for some reason. Anybody ever see this? Any ideas?

BlessTiVo writes a byteswapped signature, but Series 2 TiVoes aren't byteswapped.

Use mfsadd as described in New Hinsdale instead.
