20gig drive into twin Maxtor 120 giggers... nice.
with a swap file Mfs Tools reported 275 hrs. but when Tivo booted the system specs reported 306 hrs. very nice. It took 2hrs to copy the drive over.

the 2 maxtors are more quiet than the quantum fireball that came with philips tivo. the drives cost me $95 each. I know that's expensive but I wanted them quick. Bought the drive bracket from 9th tee got it in 2 days. The tivo had all the cords in it for the second drive and the power. and a special shout out to the Mikster for his linux skills... you are the man.:up:
