T60 - Adding a B Drive

So my upgrade isn't going as smoothly as I hoped...

I'm adding a B drive (60MB) to my existing A drive (40MB). Did the mfsadd command which appeared to complete properly and told me I now had 105 hrs... Put the drives back into the T60 (A and B in incorrect positions initially).

With the correct drives in the correct positions, I was getting a hang at Powering Up... Took the drives out and moved the Master/Slave jumpers from Cable Select to the actual Master and Slave settings. Then I got past the hang to Almost there... and got into a reboot loop...

Powered off a couple of times to check things and most recently got the GSOD.

Any ideas? Can I likely get back to a single A drive configuration?
