Some shows come on after Midnight but are still basically M-F shows. If I set up a manual recording for this now, I get a show I don't want on Sunday night. I also have to add another manual recording for Saturday AM.

Good idea. What I ended up doing was simply creating individual repeatings like every Tuesday, since it doesn't make any difference to TiVo; it's just a little more work.

Can I third this motion? I am much lazier than Samsara--I just got the season pass to Politically Incorrect and suffer with the fact that the last 5 minutes are cut off every night. A T-Sa manual recording would be the bee's knees.

More date ranges (T-Sa, M-R, T-F) would be helpful; The Daily Show is only on Monday thru Thursday. Having the option to select multiple days (like is done with Channels You Watch and Favorite Channels) would be helpful too; make use of that Clear button! But how to get it conveniently into the UI...

So set up 5 single night manuals. You only have to do it once. It's not like a VCR where you only have a small, finite numeber of events.
