Any thoughts?

I'm trying to find the latest ehci-hcd driver, if it isn't already being used, maybe it can be compiled and loaded as a module. I can't get to my TiVo right now, is it compiled into the kernel, or would we use it instead of usbcore and usb-ohci? I've been using Linux for years but I've never looked this closely at drivers.
