restore rars

I had a b drive fail and I'm trying to restore the a drive from some rars I was able to download. I can't find any info on rar files though.
I tried mfsrestore but it doesn't recognize the files

How do I restore this? My end goal is to replace the b drive which I have but I understand I need to restore the A first.

You first have to extract the files with a program like WinRAR .
