I ws in my local Costco today, and saw a huge stack of familiar-looking orange boxes. They contained 80-hour TiVos being sold for $319, if I recall correctly. Since Costco also sells (or sold, perhaps not anymore) Replay boxes, I found this encouraging.

Curiously, the Costco web site lists the 80-hour model at $349, but with a 4m pair of Monster Cable component video cables included. This makes no sense to me, as the TiVo doesn't have component out!

Costco sells whatever they can get the best deal on...

heck, my 30 hour series 1 was an open box special from Costco :)
