I have taped most of them and watched a good portion of them. Although the original one did not show up until like the 6th or so show.

Only depressing thing is the Robert Conrad Explosion and Race-Off with Gabe Kaplan was the quiessential BOTNS moment and it happend 38 minutes into the first show. :)

I do love seeing the show, and realize there is no way they could pull this off today. Besides there being more networks, a lot of celebs would never do it, their networks would never let them do it, and it would have to air on some non-partisian cable station.

It is funny watching the show because it is basically a commercial for ABC shows. I know they mention other shows in it, but it definately has an ABC slant. Who would have remembered that Battlestar Galactica had to have been the greatest TV show ever made. I forgot how much they hyped that show.

Also when you watch the first show and see the obstacle course, notice how there is no big puffy air mattress after the wall. :)

Edit:

Oh yeah and highlight for me was seeing David Letterman (on the CBS team for some show named Mary or something like that), running the obstacle course against Billy Crystal.
