So basically my problem is that a lot of the time my connection to my tivo seems very laggy. Right now I can't get tivoweb to open, but I can use telnet. This happened to me all yesterday, until last night when without any changes it just got back to normal.

Second problem is with ftp using Flash FXP. It will not let me send certain files. The ones I noticed most are files that end with tcl. It gives an error saying that ASCII or binary modes only allowed. Please help! Thanks.

It's working fine now during the day. Is there something that the tivo could be doing at certain times that can make it operate so slow.
