hi,

more words of praise for weaknees.

this was my first upgrade thru them and my first upgrade to tivo (s2 80gb). it went very well with thier detailed instructions and they answered my question by email that night passed 9pm. i just asked if there was a best way to remove the foam glued to the lid (the answer is no, not a best way, just pull it off, comes off in 1 piece).

so now i have a s2 ~246hr tivo :)

i've bumped up the recording quality of some favorite shows and set some other 1 time recordings to best quality, i usually only recorded things at basic quality.
